Got shin pains?

Whilst running last night my shins hurt a little so I looked into it [googled it] apparently the number one cause for shin pain is tight calf muscles. The link above has some good calf stretches that I will be incorporating into my daily stretching.

of course there are other factors/ causes but this seemed like the simplest change.
